The Q5 series is a high-efficiency laser tube cutting machine featuring a side‑mounted bed design. It supports semi‑automatic loading and cutting, offering intelligent operation, high efficiency, and material‑saving performance. It is widely used in industries such as fitness equipment, fencing and partitions, agricultural greenhouses, building ventilation ducts, shelving trusses, and metal fabrication.

The efficient dual-chuck design delivers high transmission efficiency, facilitates easy disassembly and maintenance, and significantly boosts machining productivity.

Chuck forward-shift design

When cutting long workpieces, the chuck‑forwarding function is employed to enhance cutting accuracy while enabling the machining of extremely short scrap lengths.

Optional configuration

Beveling function: ±45° bevel cutting, with multiple bevel types formed in a single pass.

Unloading rack: An optional 2–3-meter unloading rack is available to enhance production efficiency.

Weld Seam Recognition: Accurately locates weld seams, ensuring a more aesthetically pleasing cut.

Intelligent Feeding System
