Safe and pollution-free
The fully enclosed design features a viewing window equipped with protective glass that meets European CE standards, enabling internal filtration of smoke and dust generated during cutting to ensure compliance with emission standards and zero pollution.

Dual-rail, dual-drive design
To prevent straight‑line distortion caused by bending of the Y‑axis lead screw, a dual‑guide, dual‑drive screw configuration—featuring two lead screws on each side of the Y axis—is employed, ensuring excellent straightness and roundness even during high‑speed cutting operations.

Plug-in bed frame
The bed features an integral, hollow‑web welded structure that has been rigorously analyzed and validated through multiple CAE simulations. High‑temperature annealing and natural aging are employed to eliminate welding stresses, ensuring excellent deformation resistance, low vibration, and guaranteed cutting accuracy.
